We're on the hunt for a Senior Developer to join our team of highly talented professionals.  As a Senior Developer you will join the development team and work a variety of development projects in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.  You will be responsible for developing, testing, and implementing client sites, custom modules for our SiteOrganic content management solution, and various other projects.  Every project involves knowledge of full software lifecycle processes.
You'll need strong written and verbal skills so you can explain all of your great work to the less-technical mortals out there.  You'll also need a strong penchant for dynamic thought, and the ability to work in a team environment or independently.

This is a full time, on-site position in our Ashburn, VA studios.

Key experience for success:
• Very strong written and oral communication skills
• Experience working with Christian ministry and/or church clients
• 5+ years of ASP 3.0 experience
• 5+ years of .NET version 2.0 (or higher) experience
• 5+ years of SQL Server programming experience
• 3+ years of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) in the form of XML Web Services, Windows Communications Foundation, XML, and XSLT
• 3+ years of version control software such as SVN, GIT, Visual Studio Team Server
• 5+ years of system and software architecture
• Deep understanding of the .NET framework with substantial professional development experience in VB.NET (preferred) or C#
• High volume, scalable ASP.Net web platform architecture experience
• In-depth knowledge of programming and operations within multi-tier architectures
• Knowledge of requirements and change management techniques
• Comes up to speed quickly on new business domains and has a proven track record of delivering on time and within budget
• Able to transform stakeholder needs, expectations, constraints, and functional requirements into technical requirements and architectural design
• Be able define and provide a Level of Effort (LOE) estimations to Director of Production and Development given a set of requirements
• Perform a leadership role by supervising more junior developers

Nice to have:
• Experience with rapid development approaches (Agile/Scrum, etc.)
• Experience with .NET security patterns and practices specifically related to ASP.NET and Forms Authentication
• Experience in building production applications in both ASP.Net Webforms and ASP.Net MVC
• Microsoft Certifications, specifically MCAD, MCPD, or MCSD - progress towards or completion of desired
• Experience with AJAX programming
• Experience with Telerik control suite
• Server administration experience in Windows 2003 Server, DNS management, SmarterMail, Helm Hosting Control Panel
• Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Sciences, Information Systems or related analytical, scientific, or technical discipline desired
• Results-oriented developer ready to work in a fast paced development team
