The ministry I work for is looking to move to a different podcast hosting solution as the one we're currently using doesn't interact well with iTunes. What are your recommendations for this sort of thing?
EDIT: I believe we're currently using loudblog.

I use Amazon S3 and setup a cname so it's media.minehead-baptist.com Cheap, easy, fast and brill! Of course Amazon just does the hosting - you'll still need something to serve the files & make the feed. I use wordpress and use the mp3 url in a custom field called 'enclosure' (so WP auto adds it to the feed in a nice way) and then grab the contents of the custom field and use the yahoo media player in the posts to play it on the site.
